摘　　要：基于智能制造时代制造企业的特点,职业教育要更好地服务地方经济发展,分析了智能制造企业岗位能力需求的变化,探索了服务地方企业的高职制造类人才培养新举措。The author analysed changes of Intelligent manufacturing enterprise in the demand for post ability,based on characteristics of manufacturing enterprise in age of intelligent manufacturing and vocational education servicing better local economic development,explored new measures for the training of higher Vocational manufacturing talents for local enterprises.
