摘 要:本文旨在研究不同乳酸菌添加剂和不同切割长度对羊草青贮品质的影响。试验采用2×2两因子试验设计,乳酸菌添加剂分别为植物乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌两个类型,切割长度分别为1.5 cm和3.0 cm两个长度,分为4个试验处理组,每组3个重复。自然发酵60 d后采集样品,比较各处理组青贮羊草的发酵品质和营养价值。试验结果表明,羊草青贮过程中,添加植物乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌均显著改善了羊草的青贮质量,使其达到优良青贮的标准。其中,植物乳杆菌添加组青贮羊草的乳酸含量显著高于鼠李糖乳杆菌添加组(P<0.05),pH和氨态氮含量均低于鼠李糖乳杆菌添加组(P<0.05)。植物乳杆菌添加组青贮羊草的干物质、粗蛋白质和可溶性糖含量与鼠李糖乳杆菌添加组差异不显著(P>0.05),而中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著低于鼠李糖乳杆菌添加组(P<0.05)。1.5 cm切割长度组青贮羊草的乳酸含量显著高于3.0 cm长度组(P<0.05),pH和氨态氮含量均显著低于3.0 cm长度组(P<0.05)。1.5 cm切割长度组青贮羊草的干物质、粗蛋白质和可溶性糖含量与3.0 cm长度组无显著差异(P>0.05),而中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,在羊草的青贮过程中,以添加植物乳杆菌,切割长度为1.5 cm时的青贮效果最好。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different Lactobacillus additives and different cutting lengths on the quality of Leymus chinensis silage.The experiment was designed with 2 x 2 two factor test.The lactic acid bacteria additive was divided into two types of Lactobacillus plant additive and Li Tangru bacillus,respectively.The cutting length was 1.5 cm and 3 cm,respectively,and divided into 4 test groups.Each group was repeated in 3.After 60 days of natural fermentation,samples were collected to compare the fermentation quality and nutritional value of each group.The results showed that in the process of Leymus chinensis silage,Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnose significantly improved the quality of the silage of Leymus chinensis,and reached the standard of fine silage.The lactic acid content of Lactobacillus plantarum added by Lactobacillus plantarum was significantly higher than that of Lactobacillus rhamnus(P<0.05),and the pH value and ammonia nitrogen content were lower than the addition group of Lactobacillus rhamnus(P<0.05).The content of dry matter,crude protein and soluble sugar content of Lactobacillus plantarum added with Lactobacillus plantarum was not significantly different from that of Lactobacillus rhamnosus(P>0.05),but the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid washing fiber was significantly lower than that of Lactobacillus rhamnosus(P<0.05).The lactic acid content of 1.5 cm cutting length group was significantly higher than that of 3 cm length group(P<0.05),and the pH value and ammonia nitrogen content were lower than the 3 cm length group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in dry matter,crude protein and soluble sugar content between the 1.5 cm cutting length group and the 3 cm length group(P>0.05),while the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid washing fiber decreased significantly(P<0.05).Therefore,in the silage process of Leymus chinensis,the addition of Lactobacillus plantarum had the best silage effect when cutting length was 1.5 cm.
