摘 要:文章旨研究在小麦型日粮中添加复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、肠段内容物特性、组织器官重量及血液生化指标的影响。试验将480只10日龄体重相近的AA肉鸡随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复40只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米型日粮,处理1组饲喂小麦型日粮,处理2组饲喂小麦型日粮+400 mg/kg复合酶,试验共进行32 d。结果显示:对照组较处理1组显著提高了1~14 d、15~32 d及1~32 d平均日增重,显著降低了料重比(P<0.05)。与对照组和处理1组相比,处理2组显著降低了肌胃内容物的pH(P<0.05)。对照组与处理2组较处理1组显著降低了空肠内容物黏度(P<0.05)。处理2组较处理1组显著提高了空肠内容物乳酸杆菌数量(P<0.05),而对照组较处理1、2组显著降低了空肠内容物大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。处理2组较处理1组显著提高了空肠内容物乳酸杆菌数量(P<0.05),而对照组较处理1、2组显著降低了空肠内容物大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。处理1组较对照组显著降低了上皮细胞厚度(P<0.05),对照组和处理2组较处理1组显著提高了蛋白质、脂肪和代谢能的表观消化率(P<0.05)。处理1组较对照组和处理2组显著提高了回肠、盲肠及肠段的相对重量(P<0.05),同时处理1组较对照组显著提高了空肠相对长度(P<0.05),较对照组和处理2组显著提高了盲肠相对长度(P<0.05)。与小麦型日粮组相比,对照组和小麦型日粮+复合酶组显著降低了心脏、肝脏和胰腺的相对重量(P<0.05)。对照组较处理1组显著提高了试验第32天肉鸡血清甘油三酯水平和低密度脂蛋白(P<0.05),对照组较处理1组显著提高了试验第14天肉鸡血清总胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。结论 :小麦型日粮中添加400 mg/kg复合酶与玉米型日粮对肉鸡生长性能等影响一致,可以降低空肠内容物黏度,提高空肠绒毛高度、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及代谢能的表观消化率。The aim to evaluate the complex enzyme supplementation on performance,digesta traits,organs weight and blood biochemistry indices of broilers fed with wheat-based diets.A total of 480 10 d AA broilers were randomly allotted to 3 groups with 4 replicates(40 broilers per replicate).The control group fed with a corn-based diet,the trial group 1 and 2 fed with wheat-based and wheat-based+400 mg/kg complex enzyme diets,respectively.The experiment last 32 d.Results showed that the broilers receiving the control diet had higher average daily weight gain(P<0.05)and also lower feed conversion ratio(P<0.05)than those feeding on the wheat diet during 1~14,15~32,and 1~32 d of age.The birds receiving the group 2 diet showed a lower(P<0.05)pH of gizzard digesta compared to those feeding on the control and group 1 diets.The count of lactobacilli was higher(P<0.05)for birds fed the group 2 diet than for birds fed the group 1 diet,while group 1 and 2 had higher counts of E.coli(P<0.05).Birds fed with group 1diet had the highest relative weight of ileum,cecum and whole intestine among the groups(P<0.05).Compared with the group 1 and 2,the control group had the highest relative weight of heat,liver and pancreas(P<0.05).The level of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were higher in the control group than that in group 1 for broilers at 32 d(P<0.05),while the total cholesterol was lower in the control group than that in group 1 for broilers at 14 d(P<0.05).From the results,we conclude that complex enzyme supplementation in a wheatbased diet can be appropriate to achieve a comparable growth performance in broiler chickens to those given the corn diet probably through improving the digesta viscosity,villus height,apparent digestion of crude protein,crude fat and metabolism energy.
