摘　　要：文章通过对浙江省舟山、辽宁省大连、山东省荣成三地不同季节鱼粉的常规指标进行检测分析,发现2017年所测的鱼粉质量整体稳定,质量比较好,但不同产地的鱼粉在不同季节的营养成分有差异,荣城与大连鱼粉质量较好,10~12月挥发性盐基氮变异系数最小。Through the detection and analysis of the conventional index of fish meal in three different seasons in Zhoushan,Dalian and Rongcheng,it was found that the quality of fish meal measured in 2017 was better overall.In addition,the nutritional components of fish meal in different habitats were different in different seasons.The qual-ity of fish meal in Rongcheng and Dalian was better and the coefficient of variation of volatile base nitrogen was the smallest in 10~12 months.
