摘 要:为探明冷应激导致畜禽免疫器官损伤的机制,研究冷应激对雏鹌鹑胸腺组织抗氧化功能的影响,试验在复制雏鹌鹑急、慢性冷应激模型的基础上,检测该组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,对比分析冷应激与雏鹌鹑胸腺组织氧化损伤的相关性。结果表明,急性冷应激会引起雏鹌鹑胸腺组织中GSH-Px的活性呈波动性变化,即先上升后下降(P<0.05),SOD的活性显著下降(P<0.05),MDA的含量显著上升(P<0.05);慢性冷应激会导致雏鹌鹑胸腺组织中GSH-Px和SOD的活性显著下降(P<0.05),MDA的含量显著上升(P<0.05)。说明急、慢性冷应激均可以引起雏鹌鹑及抗氧化功能下降。The aim of this study was to explore the mechanism of cold stress induced the immune organs injured in livestock and poultry.The experiment was conducted to build the acute and chronic cold stress model of the quails.In this paper,the contents of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in tissue were tested,and the correlation between cold stress and oxidative damage in the thymus tissue of quail was compared and analyzed.The results showed that the activity of GSH-Px in the thymus tissue of quail was fluctuant,that is,to rise first and then decrease(P<0.05),and the activity of SOD decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the content of MDA increased significantly(P<0.05).In addition,chronic cold stress could significantly decrease the activity of GSH-Px and SOD in thymus tissues(P<0.05),and the content of MDA increased significantly(P<0.05).These results suggest that oxidative stress injury could be induced by cold stress in thymus tissues of quails.
