摘 要:目的在临床护理实习生带教中实施精细化管理,观察应用效果。方法自我科选取52例护理实习生,选取时间2016年12月至2017年11月,抽签法分组,观察组26例实习生采取精细化管理,对照组26例实习生实施常规管理。结果观察组实习生护理理论知识(83.44±5.26)分、护患沟通能力(84.55±2.46)分、护理操作技能(83.99±2.25)分、提高自我学习能力96.15%、提高护理综合能力96.15%、提高学习效率92.30%、提高解决问题能力96.15%、提高团队合作精神92.30%、带教满意度100.00%均明显更优于对照组实习生且差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理实习生带教中实施精细化管理,应用效果较为理想。objective To observe the effect of fine management in clinical nursing intern teaching.Methods self I choose 52 cases nursing interns,selecting time between December 2016 and November 2016,the draw method group,observation group of 26 cases of interns take the fine management,the control group 26 cases interns through routine management.Results The observation group of interns nursing theory knowledge(83.44 5.26 mm),communication(84.55-2.46)nurse,nursing skills(83.99-2.25)and improve self learning ability,improve nursing comprehensive ability to 96.15%and 96.15%92.30%,improve the learning efficiency,improve the ability of problem solving 96.15%92.30%,improve the team cooperation spirit,teaching satisfaction 100.00%superior to that in the control group were significantly more interns and significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is ideal to apply fine management in clinical nursing intern.
