摘　　要：降VOC环保策略与实际减排控制,首先我们要明确所需控制内容和方向,结合现场实际以及环保目标,制定详细方案和实施研究方向,如减少涂装VOC、CO2排放;涂装材料VOC削减;采用水性漆工艺还是高固体系工艺;提高涂料利用率;优化机器人机构,缩小喷涂室空间;废气的浓缩、焚烧处理等。To reduce VOC environmental protection strategy and actual emission reduction control,first of all,we should make clear the required control content and direction,combined with the field reality and environmental protection objectives,formulate a detailed plan and implementation of research direction,such as reducing coating VOC.CO2 emission;VOC reduction of coating material;Waterborne lacquer process or high solid system process;Improving the utilization ratio of coatings;Optimizing the robot mechanism and reducing the space of spraying room;The concentration,incineration,etc of exhaust gas.
