摘  要:汽车售后产品长期以来是质量差价格高的代名词,随着消费升级,越来越多的客户更愿意到4S店购买原厂高品质的产品,因此基于整车开发阶段介入的售后产品开发流程急需建立,以满足产品开发的需求。文章结合公司整车开发的NAM流程,详细论述了基于整车的汽车售后产品开发流程。Automobile after-sale products has long been synonymous with poor quality and high price.As consumption upgrades,more and more customers prefer to buy original high quality products at automobile 4S shop.Based on the vehicle development phase in after-sales product development processes need to be established,to meet the needs of product development.Combined with NAM process of vehicle development of the company,this paper discusses the development process of automobile after-sales products based on vehicle development in detail.
