摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药物灌肠辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将80例轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者均分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组接受美沙拉嗪联合柳氮磺砒啶栓治疗,观察组接受美沙拉嗪联合壮医红藤番桃方灌肠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医红藤番桃方灌肠辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎能够提升治疗效果,改善患者症状体征。Objective:To observe the effect of enema with Zhuang medicine(壮医)on ulcerative colitis.Methods:80 patients were equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 patients in each.The control group was treated with mesalazine and sulfasalazine.The observation group was given enema with the Hongteng Fantao prescription(红藤番桃方)more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.00%,and higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The enema with the Hongteng Fantao prescription on ulcerative colitis can improve the effect and symptoms.
