摘  要:当代儿童对体能认识存在误区,所掌握的有关知识较为薄弱,并没有正确认识到体能是什么以及其重要性,本文采用测量法以及文献资料法对儿童认知情况、体能状况进行分析,得出儿童体能现状,找出不足,制定相对应的解决策略。根据了解其危害从而提高儿童对体能的认识,了解体能的重要性。此外,通过对测试结果的分析,为儿童进行体能训练提供一定的参考意见,根据不同的年龄特征选择科学的训练方法,完善体能训练计划。同时还要引起学校以及家长的重视,充分利用好学校体育课以及其他体育活动,全面发展儿童体能。Contemporary children's wrong understanding of physical,have relevant knowledge is weak,and there is no correct understanding to the fitness is and what its importance,this paper USES the measurement method and literature method to analyze children's cognitive,physical condition,physical fitness status,it is concluded that children find insufficiency,formulate the corresponding solution strategy.According to understand its harm to improve children's understanding of physical,understand the importance of physical fitness.In addition,through the analysis of test results,carrying on the physical training for children to provide some reference opinions,according to the characters of different ages choose scientific training methods,improve the physical fitness training program.To cause the attention of the school and parents at the same time,make full use of good school physical education,and other sports activities,all-round development of children's physical ability.
