摘 要:为进行簇绒地毯织机结构声辐射特性研究,首先建立簇绒地毯织机主织造机构的有限元模型,以实际测量得到的振动速度信号作为激励,计算主织造机构加速度响应;然后,利用LMS Virtual.Lab Acoustics软件建立地毯机主织造机构和工作空间的声学边界元模型,以加速度响应作为声学边界条件,采用直接边界元法计算主织造机构的声辐射噪声;随后,采用间接边界元法进行工作空间与玻璃耦合的复合声场的噪声计算,分析其声场分布特性并计算工人人耳处场点声压级;最后,实验测得工人作业处场点声压级,其结果表明:对簇绒机主织造结构表面的噪声来说,主轴位置处的噪声值较高,声波辐射具有一定的指向性,并且随着频率升高,工作空间中的声场分布逐渐均匀,工人作业处的噪声值较高。The acoustic radiation characteristics of tufted carpet loom structures are studied.First of all,the finite element model of the main weaving mechanism of the tufted carpet loom is established.The acceleration response of the main weaving mechanism is calculated by using the measured vibration velocity signal as the excitation.Then,the acoustic boundary element model of the main weaving mechanism and the working space of the carpet machine is established by means of the LMS Virtual.Lab Acoustics software.The direct boundary element method is used to calculate the acoustic radiation noise of the main weaving mechanism with the acceleration response as the acoustic boundary condition.The indirect boundary element method is used to calculate the noise of the composite sound field coupled with the working space and the glass.Finally,the sound field distribution feature is analyzed and the sound pressure level at the human ears is calculated.The sound pressure level at the workers is measured.The results show that the noise of the carpet at the position of the weaving structure surface is higher than that at the position of the spindle,and the acoustic radiation has some directivity.With the increasing of the frequency,the sound field distribution in the working space is gradually uniform and the noise value at the workers rises.
