摘 要:针对滚动轴承单通道振动信号的复合故障识别易出现漏诊、误诊的问题,提出多小波包与能量算子解调相结合的方法。该方法首先利用多小波包变换在全频率范围内分解原始信号;其次将排列熵作为多小波的单支信号特征的评价标准,分别重构符合标准的单支信号,实现信号的降噪及复合故障分离;最后采用能量算子解调方法解决信号的调制问题,完成故障信息的识别。滚动轴承内、外圈故障信号分析结果证明该方法的有效性。The combination method of multi-wavelet packet and energy operator demodulation is proposed for identification of the compound fault features of rolling bearings instead of the fallible method which diagnoses the fault features through the single-channel vibration.This method can be divided into three steps:first,using the multi-wavelet packets to decompose the raw single in the whole frequency range;second,taking the permutation entropy(PE)as the evaluation index of the selected single branch signals to reconstruct the required ones respectively and realize the compound fault features separation and noises restrain;third,trying to use the energy operator demodulating method to extract the fault features and achieve the fault information identification completely.The effectiveness of this method is strongly supported by the experiment results of the rolling bearing’s compound faults diagnosis.
