摘　　要：高校生物实验室是师生开展实验教学、科研工作的重要场所。生物实验室涉及到许多具有易燃易爆、腐蚀性及剧毒性等特点的危险化学品。目前,高校在危险化学品的存放、管理和使用等方面存在诸多问题,有待进一步解决。针对实验室潜在的危险化学品安全隐患,建议高校从健全管理制度、设立安全管理委员会、加强安全教育、规范储存仓库、完善应急预案等方面来提高高校生物实验室的规范性和安全性。Biology laboratory is an important place for teachers and students to carry out experimental teaching and research work in colleges and universities.The biological laboratory involves many dangerous chemicals with characteristics of inflammable,explosive,corrosive and toxic.At present,there are many problems in the storage,management and use of hazardous chemicals,which need to be solved further.For potential hazardous chemicals in the laboratory,some methods including improving the management system,setting up a safety management committee,strengthening safety education,specif ication storage warehouse and per fect emergency plan,were suggested for colleges and universities to improve the standardization and safety of biology laboratory.
