摘  要:在航空航天领域,采用综合模块化(IMA)架构的电气系统采用标准化、模块化设计,软件和硬件之间实现松耦合,实现软件动态加载,不同功能之间实现供电、计算、通信、存储和I/O等资源共享,可以支持系统测试及二级维护能力。另一方面,系统综合模块化水平的提升,也带来了测试性设计难度加大的问题,原有单机的测试性设计在模块化后需重新考虑,并且如何处理各模块测试性要素之间出现大量交联关系,增加了系统测试性设计的复杂度。本文基于测试性建模和机内测试技术,结合实际工程研制,对基于IMA架构的电气系统测试性设计方法开展了探索和研究。In the field of aeronautics and astronautics,the electric system with IMA architecture often uses standard and module design.It could decouple software and hardware,and could make software dynamic loading.Different functions could share the same resource of power supply,computing,communication,storage,input/output and so on.It could also improve system testability and two levels maintain ability.On the other wise,on the progress of system integration and modularization,the design of testability will be more and more complicated.The design of testability of traditional electric units needs to be reconsideration,after them become modules.It could increase the complexity of the system testability,when all modules testing elements appear plenty of cross-linking relationships.This paper based on testability modeling and BIT technology,within engineering development,makes a research on the method of IMA electric system testability design.
