摘 要:采用自然土壤人工染毒法,模拟2、10mg/kg的汞污染土壤,选用苎麻作为修复植物,研究蚯蚓活动对苎麻修复汞污染土壤效果的影响。结果表明,添加蚯蚓能显著提高苎麻地上部分对汞的富集效果,最大提升效果分别为59.34%和33.69%。同时也发现,接种蚯蚓使苎麻对汞的富集系数提升效果明显,最大分别达到0.340和0.160,但是对转运系数的影响并不明显。此外,苎麻在生长中期对汞有较快的富集速率,在生长前期和末期对汞的富集速率较慢。最后,提出了汞污染土壤修复的研究建议。Through natural soil artificial exposure method,the effect of earthworm activity on the remediation of Hg contaminated soil under 2 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg by Boehmeria nivea was studied.The results showed that:Hg enrichment by the aerial parts of Boehmeria nivea was significantly improved by adding earthworms,the maximum lifting effect was 59.34%and 33.69%.The enrichment coefficient of the Boehmeria nivea was significantly improved at the same time,reached 0.340 and 0.160,but adding earthworms had little effect on transfer coefficient;Boehmeria nivea had a faster enrichment rate in middle growth stage.Finally the Hg contaminated soil phytoremediation research suggestions were put forward.
