摘 要:目的调查老年科护士的评判性思维能力现况,并分析其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法选择上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院老年科的99名护士为研究对象,采用评判性思维能力测评量表中文版(Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory,CTDI-CV)对其进行调查。结果老年科护士CTDI-CV量表的得分为(242.97±37.58)分,整体处于较低水平,其中不同职务及工作中有无相关内容老年科护士寻找真相维度的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同自评性格老年科护士系统化能力维度的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工作外阅读时间及工作中有无相关内容在老年科护士求知欲维度的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否需要加强相关学习或实践及工作中有无相关内容在老年科护士评判性思维的自信心维度的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);是否需要加强相关学习或实践老年科护士认知成熟度维度的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,职务、自评性格、工作外阅读时间、是否需要加强相关学习或实践及工作中有无相关内容是老年科护士评判性思维的影响因素。结论老年科护士的评判性思维整体处于较低水平,护理教育者及管理者应加强对护士的学习督导,丰富学习、工作内涵建设,以提高护士的评判性思维能力。Objective To investigate the critical thinking ability among geriatric nurses and its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling,102 geriatric nurses were selected and surveyed by the Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory scale(CTDI-CV scale).Results The score of geriatric nurses was(242.97±37.58),which was at a low level.There were statistically significant differences in the score of finding the truth dimension in the nurses with different positions(all P<0.05).The score of systematic ability in geriatric nurses with different self-rated characters was statistically different(P<0.05).The score of knowledge seeking among elderly nurses in leisure time and any related content during work was statistically different(P<0.05).The score of self-confidence in the critical thinking in geriatric nurses was statistically different(all P<0.05).The score of cognitive maturity in geriatric nurses and a need to strengthen the relevant learning or practice were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the job duty,self-evaluation,reading in leisure time,strengthening related learning or practice,and the relevant contents in the work were the influencing factors of the critical thinking of the nurses in the geriatric department.Conclusions The ability of critical thinking in geriatric nurses is low,the managers and educators should strengthen the supervision of nurses'learning,strengthen the connotation of study and work,so as to improve the critical thinking ability of nurses.
