摘　　要：针对科技企业孵化器规模小、风险高、无担保和盈利能力不足等特点进行分析,首先指出形成孵化器融资难题的内因与外因。其次,结合互联网金融的优点,探讨了三种孵化器互联网股权融资模式。最后,建立起了适用于中国孵化器的互联网股权融资平台,并进一步对平台的可行性、主要功能、业务流程与运营模式四方面进行全面剖析,从而提出科学有效的发展对策与风险监管措施。互联网股权融资平台有效拓宽了孵化器的融资渠道,为解决孵化器的融资难题提供了一个切实可行的解决方案。The paper studies the characteristics of the business incubators in China:small scale,high risk,no-guaranteed and short of earning ability.Then the intrinsic and extrinsic factors of difficulties in financing are analyzed.Three kinds of internet equity financing patterns are discussed based on the advantages of internet finance.Finally,the internet equity financing platform which is suitable for Chinese business incubators is planned and built in this paper.The feasibility,function,business process and operating pattern of the platform are also analyzed in order to put forward effective development strategies and measures for risk regulation.The internet equity fi-nancing platform can effectively broaden the financing channels of business incubators and provide a practical way to solve the financing difficulties.
