摘 要:针对效能指标权重难以确定、效能评估环境存在不确定性等效能指标聚合问题,提出了一种基于直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵的效能指标聚合方法。首先,根据直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵提出直觉乘性模糊熵和交叉熵;然后,基于直觉乘性模糊熵和交叉熵计算专家权重,克服了传统指标聚合方法确定专家权重时存在的主观判断误差;最后,集成所有专家的直觉乘性模糊判断矩阵信息确定各效能指标的集成权重。算例分结果析表明:该方法合理有效,可操作性强。Aiming at the problems that the weight of the effectiveness index is difficult to be determined and the efficiency evaluation environment keeps uncertain,a new effectiveness index aggregation method based on intuitionistic multiplicative preference relation(IMPR)is proposed.Firstly,intuitionistic multiplicative preference entropy and cross entropy are defined according to the IMPR.Then expert weights are calculated from entropy and cross entropy,and through the expert weights calculation method the errors in traditional effectiveness index aggregation can be corrected.Finally,the index aggregation weights are calculated from overall IMPR which is integrated from experts′IMPRs.An example analysis shows that the proposed method is reasonable,effective and easy to operate.
