摘 要:针对拖带三角板出现裂纹影响船舶拖带作业安全的问题,以线弹性断裂力学为基础对拖带三角板进行裂纹扩展分析,推导出船舶许用拖速的理论模型,并建立了裂纹长度和许用拖速间的定量关系;然后,利用三维有限元技术,分析了拖带三角板应力强度因子随板厚和裂纹长度的变化规律,并研究了典型被拖船的许用拖速区。研究结果表明:与传统的强度理论相比,许用拖速理论模型能更好地预测安全拖速,确保拖带安全。To deal with the problem of accidents in ship towing when Delta eye plate is broken,based on linear elastic fracture mechanics,the crack propagation analyses are given for the delta eye plate.Then,a theoretical model is proposed for allowable ship towing speed,and it is connected with crack length quantitatively.Subsequently,three-dimensional finite element analyses are carried out to investigate the stress intensity factors of Delta eye plate,and the zone of allowable towing speed is studied for a towed ship.The results show that compared with the classical strength theory,the proposed model is more reasonable and through this method the safe towing speed can be predicted.
