摘　　要：通过对中国联通移动通信行业背景和专业背景的成本分析,指出了通信基站降本增效的重要性和紧迫性。通过对低效站特征以及相关要素的分析,提出了以树形结构为基础的处理机制,构建此类问题的决策模型。Through the analysis of China unicom mobile communication industry background and professional background,it points out the importance and urgency of reducing the cost of communication base station.Through the analysis of the characteristics of inefficient station and related elements,a decision model of this kind of problem is proposed based on tree structure.
