摘  要:针对目前具有提升功能的柔性铰链设计较少的情况,设计了一种新型提升平板折展柔性铰链(the lifting lamina emergent joint,L-LEJ),给出了其三维结构,采用伪刚体模型法推导了该提升铰链的拉伸等效刚度计算公式。通过对设计实例进行有限元仿真分析,并与应用公式计算得到的拉伸等效刚度理论值进行对比,得到拉伸刚度的理论值与仿真值基本一致,误差在5%以内,验证了拉伸等效刚度计算公式的正确性。最后,通过9组不同结构参数设计实例的理论计算和仿真分析,进一步验证了该拉伸等效刚度计算公式的有效性。Considering that there are currently few flexible hinge designs with lifting function,this paper presents the design of a new lifting lamina emergent joint(L-LEJ)with a three-dimensional structure.The calculation formula of the extension equivalent stiffness of the L-LEJ compliant hinge was given by the pseudo rigid-body model,and the extension equivalent stiffness of the design hinge was analyzed using the formula.The design examples were analyzed using finite element analysis,which verified the simulation value of the extension stiffness to be basically consistent with the theoretical value,where the relative error is less than 5%.Thus,the accuracy of the calculation formula of extension equivalent stiffness is verified.Nine examples with different parameters showed likewise positive result,further verifying the formula.
