摘 要:针对某专用车企业生产的一种粉粒物料运输车,首先建立几何模型,然后导入到Hyper Mesh中建立该罐车的有限元模型,其次对该有限元模型对弯曲、扭转、紧急制动、转弯、爬坡启动5种工况进行静态分析,计算该型号粉粒物料运输车结构强度和刚度是否满足要求。通过计算与分析,该型号粉粒物料运输车罐体和车架大部分处在安全范围内,局部结构需加强改进。Aiming at a bulk powder goods tanker produced by an enterprise for special vehicles,the geometrical model is built first and input into HyperMesh to build a finite element model.The model is analyzed under some working conditions of bending,torsion,emergency braking,turning and hill starting to calculate if the structural strength and stiffness meet the requirements.The analysis results show that most of the tank body and frame stay in safe range,while some structure needs to be improved.
