摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在药物治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与治疗1例急性淋巴细胞白血病合并肺、眼、颅内多系统毛霉菌感染患儿,通过分析患儿病情,结合文献资料,建议应用两性霉素B脂质体联合两性霉素B鞘内注射的抗真菌治疗方案。结果有效控制了患儿的临床症状,保证了化疗方案顺利完成。结论临床药师参与临床治疗实践,可以协助医生制定合理的药物治疗方案,有利于提高药物治疗水平。Objective To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in drug therapy.Methods A clinical case of pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia combined with pulmonary,ocular and intracranial multisystem mucor infection was reported.By analyzing the condition,exploring guidelines and literature,the clinical pharmacist recommended the antifungal treatment regimen of amphoterycin B liposomes combined with amphoterycin B sheath injection for multisystem fungal infection.Results The child’s clinical symptoms were controlled effectively and the chemotherapy regimen was completed successfully.Conclusion By participating in clinical practice,the clinical pharmacists can assist doctors in making a rational drug treatment plan and improving the level of drug therapy.
