摘 要:为了实现无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)无位置传感器闭环控制,研究了基于逆变器直流环中点电压为参考点,利用线电压来实时计算相反电动势的转子位置辨识方法。该方法不需要建立电机中点或虚拟中性点,通过检测无刷直流电动机三相绕组与直流环中点之间的电压,经过软件实时计算,可以得到三相绕组反电动势过零点,进而可以得到每个器件对应时刻的切换点。无刷直流电动机的起动过程采用预定位-外同步-自同步三段式起动方法,可以在全压型、PWM调制模式下实现电机稳定闭环起动,并通过仿真验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。In order to realize sensorless closed-loop control of BLDCM,the rotor position identification method based on inverter DC link mid-point voltage as reference point and using line voltage to calculate phase back electromotive force(EMF)in real time was proposed.The method does not need to construct the mid-point of the motor or the virtual neutral point.By detecting the voltage between the three-phase windings of the brushless DC motor and the mid-point of the DC link,the zero-crossing of the three-phase windings back electromotive force and the switching point for each device corresponds to the moment were obtained.The starting process of brushless DC motor adopted pre-positioning,external synchronization,self-synchronization,which can realize stable closed-loop starting of the motor under full-voltage and PWM modulation mode.The simulation results show the correctness and validity of the commutation control method.
