探讨康复新液联合米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取52例慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各26例。对照组采取米诺环素缓释软膏治疗,观察组联合康复新液,均治疗4周。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后的PLI、PD、SBI及龈沟液中hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组69.23%;两组治疗后的PD、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平及PLI、SBI分级均较治疗前显著降低;观察组治疗后的PD、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平及PLI、SBI分级均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎可有效抑制炎症反应,促进牙周组织再生,且局部用药安全性高,为理想治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with minocycline ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods Fifty-two patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline ointment,the observation group combined with rehabilitation rehabilitation fluid,were treated for 4 weeks.The total effective rate of treatment,PLI,PD,SBI before and after treatment and the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,significantly higher than that of the control group 69.23%.The PD,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 levels and the PLI,SBI classification of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the PD,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 levels and the PLI,SBI classification in observation group were significantly lower than those control group,The differences are statistically significant.Conclusion Kangfuxin combined with minocycline ointment can effectively inhibit inflammation and promote the regeneration of periodontal tissues,which is safe and safe for local application.It is an ideal treatment for chronic periodontitis.
