摘  要:将吡唑醚菌酯和霜脲氰复配制成干悬浮剂,以提高药物的生物利用率。采用湿法粉碎以及喷雾干燥制备了42%吡唑醚菌酯·霜脲氰干悬浮剂,并通过流点法筛选出润湿分散剂的种类,同时,设计了一系列润湿分散剂的配比,测试并对比了各项性能,最后筛选出最优配方。该干悬浮剂最优配方为:吡唑醚菌酯6%、霜脲氰36%、SD-661 10%、SD-819 20%、NNO24%、SR-05 2%、消泡剂1%。该配方制得的干悬浮剂悬浮率高,稳定性好,各项性能指标都符合规定。The aims were to prepare dry flowable of pyraclostrobin·cynosine to improve the bioavailability of the drug.The pyraclostrobin·cynosine 42%dry flowable was prepared by wet grinding and spray drying.The wetting dispersant was screened by flow point method,at the same time,a series of proportioning of wetting agent and dispersant was tested and the performance was compared,and finally the optimal formula was obtained.The optimal formula was pyraclostrobin 6%,cynosine 36%,SD-661 10%,SD-819 20%,NNO 24%,SR-05 2%,defoamers 1%.The formulation has the advantages of high suspension rate and good stability and all specifications of this formulation meet with the regulations.
