摘　　要：本文对云南能源投资股份有限公司昆明盐矿80万吨/年盐硝联产装置的大量工艺数据进行统计分析,通过人工添加晶种,使EV301硝蒸发罐加热室运行异常问题得以解决,并明显缩短了系统析硝的时间。In this paper,a large number of process data of Yunnan Energy Investment Co.,Ltd.‘s Kunming Salt Mine salt producing unit with 800,000 tons/year saltpeter combined production unit were statistically analyzed.By artificially adding crystal seeds,the abnormal operation of the heating chamber of EV301 nitrate evaporator was solved,and the time of system denitration was significantly shortened.
