浅谈指重表在井队施工过程中的故障处理

摘　　要：指重表适用于石油、地质勘探钻、修井作业,指示、记录钻具悬重、井下处理事故的一种仪器帮助司钻掌握在钻、修井作业中的工作参数和判断钻具的工作状态。指重表在井队施工过程中也会受到不同程度损坏,比如操作失误、碰撞、井架震动、泥浆反浆反卤、气候恶劣、老化(指重表未设置在司钻房内)。Theweightindicatorisapplicabletooil,geologicalexplorationdrillingand workoveroperations,indicatingand recording the suspended weightof drilling toolsand downhole accident processing instruments.It helps the driller grasp the working parameters in drilling and workover operations and judge the working status of drilling tools.The weight indicator may also be damaged to different degrees during well team construction,such as operating error,collision,derrick vibration,mud slurry anti-halogen,severe weather and aging(the weight indicator is not set in the driller's room).
