摘　　要：POU1F1是一类由下丘脑产生的转录调节因子,具有重要的生物学功能,对畜禽多个性状具有重要的调控作用,并已在多个畜禽中作为重要经济性状的标记性基因研究、应用。本文在查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,对羊牛猪POU1F1基因的研究进展进行了总结,以期为指导该基因在畜禽选育中应用提供理论依据。POU1F1 is a kind of transcriptional regulator produced by hypothalamus,which has important biological function.It has important regulation effect on many traits of livestock and poultry,and has been used as marker gene of important economic shape in many livestock and poultry.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the research progress of POU1F1 gene in sheep,goat,cattle and pigs in order to provide a theoretical basis for guiding the gene in the breeding of livestock and poultry.
