摘　　要：神经损伤是牙拔除术中的一类并发症,临床上可以表现出不同程度的神经症状,其中以舌神经损伤最为严重。近年来,有关此类并发症的报道日益增多,舌神经损伤会导致暂时性或永久性的同侧舌前2/3舌体麻木和感觉障碍。目前舌神经损伤有多种治疗方式,但尚未有任何一种治疗对所有的患者均有疗效,因此做好预防工作十分重要。本文就牙拔除术中舌神经损伤的流行病学、危险因素、临床表现、诊断、治疗等方面的研究现状进行阐述,以期为临床提供帮助。Nerve injury is one of the most serious complications in the tooth extraction,and it also appears varying degrees of neurological symptoms in the clinical practice.Lingual nerve injury is the most serious type of this complication.In recent years,there have been an increasing number of reports on such complications.Lingual nerve injury can lead to temporary or permanent side of the ipsilateral 2/3 of the tongue numbness and sensory disturbances.There is a variety of treatment for this complication at present but none of these treatments can ensure that every patient will recover completely.So it is important for us to do the preventing work well.This paper will discuss the epidemiology,risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of nerve injury in the tooth extraction.We hope that it will help our doctors in the daily work.
