摘　　要：本文从顶岗实习的内涵出发,分析讨论了顶岗实习意义及现状。以湖南科技学院为例,从管理、组织、实习内容,实习条件和宣传等方面分析了顶岗实习存在的问题,并给出了解决这些问题的若干建议。Starting from the connotation of post practice,this paper analyzes and discusses the significance and present situation of post practice.Taking Hu'nan University of Science and Engineering as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in post practice from aspects of management,organization,practice content,practice conditions and publicity,and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems.
