摘　　要：大量对非酒精性脂肪肝的研究集中在胰岛素抵抗、炎性反应、瘦素抵抗等角度,较少关注恢复肠道微环境稳态,从而通过"肝肠轴"的双向作用,促进NAFLD的良性转归,肠肝轴和信号通路可能成为非酒精性脂肪肝的预防和治疗的新的靶点,为预防和治疗NAFLD这一慢性肝病提供新的视角和思路。Large number of non-alcoholic fatty liver studies focus on insulin resistance,inflammatory response,leptin resistance and so on,and less recovery of intestinal microenvironment homeostasis.Through"liver and intestinal axis",the positive outcome of NAFLD is promoted.The liver axis and signal pathway may be a new target for the prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.It provides a new perspective and idea for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
