摘 要:为弄清西花蓟马在马铃薯上的发育和繁殖特征,本试验通过生命表技术构建了西花蓟马在25℃下在马铃薯叶片上的特定年龄生命表和繁殖生命表。结果表明,西花蓟马在马铃薯叶片上的未成熟期为11.45 d,其中卵期最长为4.40 d,占未成熟期的38.46%,预蛹阶段历期为1.01 d,占未成熟期的8.81%。平均每雌产卵量36.33粒,最大产卵量95.00粒,种群趋势指数I为15.00,世代总存活率59.00%。净生殖率R0为17.51,内禀增长率rm为0.15,周限增长率λ为1.17,平均世代周期T为18.50 d,种群加倍时间t为4.48 d。综合以上结果,马铃薯叶片适合西花蓟马的生长发育,而且在马铃薯叶片上的繁殖速度较快。该结果将为西花蓟马在马铃薯上发生危害的预测预报提供一定理论依据。In order to clarify the development and reproduction of Frankliniella occidentalis on potato leaves,the specific life table and reproductive life table of experimental population of F.occidentalis on potato leaves were established under the temperature of 25℃in laboratory.The results showed that the immature stage was 11.45 days on potato,the egg stage was the longest,was 4.40 days,accounting for 38.46%of the immature stage.The prepupa stage was 1.01 days,accounting for 8.81%of the immature stage.The numbers of eggs laid per female was 36.33 eggs,the largest spawning was 95.00.The index of population trend(I)on potato was 15.00,and the total survival rate of generation was 59.00.The net reproductive rate(R 0)was 17.51 and the innate capacity of increase(r m)of experimental population of F.occidentalis on potato was 0.15.The finite rate of increase(λ)was 1.17,Average generation period(T)and double population of F.occidentalis experimental population were 18.50 and 4.48,respectively.The population growth of the Western flower thrips on the potato leaves is very faster,and the results will provide a basis theoretical for the prediction of population of the Western flower thrips.
