摘　　要：目前,国内女性创业研究相对滞后于女性创业的发展,无法对女性的创业活动进行准确的描述,不易对女性的创业行为做出预测与指导,占我国半壁江山的女性所蕴藏的巨大潜力也就不能有效地发挥,以服务于经济的发展。《2012全球创业观察女性报告》为世界各国提供了一个深入观察全球女性创业图景的窗口,帮助研究人员、教育工作者和政策制定者对女性创业者及其创业活动有更加全面透彻的理解,为准确描述全球女性创业的现状,预测女性创业的发展趋势和女性创业政策的制定提供了详实的数据支持,对我国女性创业的研究和发展有着十分重要的启示作用。Currently,domestic women entrepreneurship research is lagging behind the development of women entrepreneurship,which can’t describe the entrepreneurial activity of women accurately,and is not easy to make predictions and guidance about the behavior of women entrepreneurship.Thus,women’s huge potential can not effectively serve economic development."The Report of Global Female Entrepreneurship Monitor in 2012"provides a global insight into women entrepreneurship and detailed data to help researchers,educators and policy makers understand women entrepreneurs and their entrepreneurial activities comprehensively.It describes the situation of the global women entrepreneurship accurately,predicts the trends of women entrepreneurship and makes policies,which bring the inspiration to the research and development of women entrepreneurship in our country.
