摘　　要：肿瘤病人对化疗药物的多药耐药是化疗失败的主要原因,survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,几乎在所有肿瘤组织中表达水平增加,是参与肿瘤多药耐药性最重要的分子之一。因此,抑制survivin的作用或者降低其表达水平是克服肿瘤多药耐药的有效策略。该文重点综述survivin参与肿瘤细胞耐药的作用和靶向survivin克服肿瘤耐药的研究进展。Multidrug resistance(MDR)often leads to failure of cancer chemotherapy.survivin,a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis proteins(IAP)family,is overexpressed in almost all kinds of tumor cells.Importantly,survivin has been identified as one of the most important molecules involved in the regulation of MDR.Therefore,inhibiting the activity of survivin or down-regulating the expression of survivin might be an effective strategy to overcome tumor MDR.In this article,the roles of survivin involved in the development of drug resistance and the strategies to overcome drug resistance by targeting survivin are thus reviewed.
