摘　　要：高校党员教育培训体系改革是新时代贯彻落实全面从严治党要求的一项重要工作。针对目前这一体系存在的问题,需要着力理顺责任主体,形成党委负责、多部门配合的合理分工;建立学校—学院—基层党组织的纵向联合和学院、专业之间的横向联合;优化培训内容;创新培训形式。顺应新时代党的建设的新要求,通过明晰指导原则、设计培训层级与教学模块、构建多元化责任主体、重视师资队伍建设与课程设置、建立监督管理考核配套体系等路径,全面完善高校党员教育培训体系。The reform of education and training of Party members in colleges and universities is an important task in the new era to implement the requirements of comprehensive and strict Party management.In view of the existing problems in this system,it is necessary to straighten out the main body of responsibility,form a reasonable division of labor between Party committees and multi-departments;establish the vertical union between schools,colleges and grass-roots Party organizations and the horizontal union between colleges and specialties;optimize the training content;and innovate the training form.To comply with the new requirements of Party building in the new era,the education and training system of Party members in colleges and universities should be perfected through clarifying guiding principles,designing training levels and teaching modules,constructing diversified responsibility subjects,attaching importance to the construction of teaching staff and curriculum,and establishing a matching system of supervision and assessment.
