摘　　要：目的:探讨标准四联疗法及序贯疗法治疗胃溃疡(GU)幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者的疗效。方法:收治胃溃疡Hp阳性患者200例,分为两组。对照组给予序贯疗法,观察组给予标准四联疗法,比较两组治疗后Hp阳性率、临床症状缓解情况、消化性溃疡愈合情况。结果:观察组治疗后Hp阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状缓解率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准四联疗法治疗胃溃疡Hp阳性患者的疗效更好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of standard quadri-combination therapy and sequential therapy in the treatment of Hp positive patients with gastric ulcer.Methods:200 cases of Hp positive patients with gastric ulcer were divided into two groups.The control group was given sequential therapy,and the observation group was given the standard quadri-combination therapy,the positive rate of Hp,the remission of clinical symptoms and the healing of peptic ulcer were compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rate of Hp in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standard quadri-combination therapy in the treatment of Hp positive patients with gastric ulcer had better clinical effect.
