普萘洛尔与泼尼松分别联合平阳霉素治疗儿童真性血管瘤的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨平阳霉素联合泼尼松或普萘洛尔治疗真性血管瘤的效果。方法:收治真性血管瘤患儿58例,所有患儿均给予平阳霉素治疗,常规组患儿联合泼尼松治疗,新型组患儿联合普萘洛尔治疗。结果:新型组患儿治疗效果明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:平阳霉素与普萘洛尔联合治疗儿童真性血管瘤效果较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of Pingyang mycin combined with prednisone or propranolol in the treatment of true hemangioma.Methods:58 children with true hemangioma were treated with Pingyang mycin.The routine group was treated with prednisone,and the new group was treated with propranolol.Results:The treatment effect of the new group was obviously better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Pingyang mycin and propranolol is effective in treating true hemangioma.
