摘　　要：目的:分析根管治疗失败的影响因素及预防对策。方法:收治根管治疗患者366例,总结导致根管失败的原因和对策。结果:因疼痛不适就诊26例(38.24%),根管欠填22例,超填12例。结论:根管治疗失败的主要原因为根管预备不彻底、填充不完善。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and preventive measures of the failure of root canal therapy.Methods:366 cases of patients had root canal therapy,and the causes and countermeasures of the failure of root canal were summarized.Results:26 cases(38.24%)were treated for pain discomfort.There were 22 cases of root canal incomplete filling and 12 cases of super filling.Conclusion:The main cause of failure of root canal therapy was incomplete root canal preparation and incomplete filling.
