23G微创玻璃体切割术治疗眼球穿通伤伴球内异物的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析23G微创玻璃体切割术治疗眼球穿通伤伴球内异物的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年12月收治的52例(52眼)眼球穿通伤伴球内异物患者作为研究对象,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果眼球穿通伤伴球内异物患者术后视力优于术前视力;患者的视力恢复,其球内异物所在位置对视力恢复程度具有较大影响;越早取出球内异物,术后视力恢复越好。结论 23G微创玻璃体切割术是一种安全有效的治疗眼球穿通伤伴球内异物的临床方法,值得广泛推广和应用。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy in the treatment of penetrating ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies.Methods 52 cases(52 eyes)of penetrating ocular trauma with intraocular foreign body in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and a retrospective analysis was carried out.Results The best-corrected visual acuity of the patients with penetrating ocular trauma with the intraocular foreign body was better than the preoperative vision;the patient's visual acuity was restored,the position of the foreign body in the eye had a great influence on the degree of visual recovery;the shorter the removal time of intraocular foreign bodies,the better the best-corrected visual acuity after surgery.Conclusion 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy is a safe and effective treatment for patients with penetrating ocular trauma with intraocular foreign body.It is worthy of wide application.
