摘  要:本文通过系统实验对白酒中杂醇油快速检测仪的波长示值误差和重复性、线性、稳定性和准确度等性能指标进行了考察。实验结果表明:3:台检测仪的波长示值误差范围为-0.23~0.95nm,波长重复性范围为0.09~0.64nm;在0~0.60g/100mL检测范围内时,检测仪标准曲线的线性相关系数r大于0.995;当环境温度在10℃~40℃范围内变化时,检测结果无明显变化;显色后溶液放置30min内,检测结果变化值小于10%,不同操作人员和不同批次试剂检测结果变化值小于10%;三台检测仪测试重复性均小于5%;测定标准物质的相对误差为-0.83%~3.33%;酒样的低、中、高浓度加标回收率范围为90.0%~105.0%,正确度较好。A rapid method for determination of fusel oil in spirit was established.In this paper,its main performance indicators were systematically studied,including wavelength indication error,repeatability,linearity,stability and precision.The ranges of wavelength indication error and wavelength repeatability of three detectors were-0.23~0.95 nm and 0.09~0.64 nm,respectively.The corresponding correlation coefficient(r)of the linear equation was higher than 0.9995 for fusel oil in the concentration ranges of 0~0.60 g/100mL.The result had no obvious change,while ambient temperature was around 10℃~40℃.After the reaction,the variation of chromogenic system detection result was lower than 5%within 30 minutes.The variation of result obtained by different person and different batches of reagents was lower than 10%.The repeatability of three detectors is lower than 5%.The relative error in the determination of standard substances is-0.83%~3.33%.The recoveries of fusel oil in three spiked levels were 90.0%~105.0%.
