摘  要:阿尔兹海默症(AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,发病机制目前尚不明确。β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)是AD的特异性生物标志物之一,众多临床研究提示血液、脑脊液和脑组织内的Aβ水平异常与AD的病程进展密切相关。Aβ的分析评估对AD早期发现、跟踪、预防和治疗具有重要意义。本文就目前国内外Aβ的常用检测方法进行了概述和比较,重点阐述新型电化学生物传感方法在检测Aβ方面的相关应用及其最新研究进展,并对Aβ电化学传感技术的未来发展提出展望。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease with unknown etiology.Beta-amyloid protein(Aβ)is one of the specific biomarkers of AD,and many clinical studies suggest that abnormal levels of Aβin blood,cerebrospinal fluid and brain tissue are closely related to the progression of AD.The analysis and evaluation of Aβis important for early detection,tracking,prevention and treatment of AD.In this paper,the present situation of the commonly used detection methods of Aβat home and abroad was summarized and compared.Specifically,the latest application of new electrochemical biosensor in Aβdetection was mainly described,and the summary of its future directions and the potential applications was given.It is intended to provide reference for the further research and application of Aβ.
