摘  要:为了解决工程施工中液压设备多管道同步移位的问题,设计了管道移位同步控制系统。该系统利用S7-300PLC作为控制核心,位移传感器和压力传感器为检测器件,管道为被控制对象,通过分析来自压力传感器的压力值与设定的压力界限值比较,保证管道在安全情况下运行;将位移传感器获得各管道的位移值与参考管道的位移值进行比较,利用闭环控制原理控制管道同步运行,并使用组态软件Win CC进行实时监控。该系统在现场使用效果良好,实现了4个管道稳定同步移位,最大误差为2.45 mm,满足工程要求。In order to solve the problem of multi?channel synchronous displacement of hydraulic equipment in engineering construction,a pipeline?shift synchronous control system was designed.In the system,the S7-300 PLC was used as the control core,displacement sensors and pressure sensors as detection devices,pipelines connected as control objects.The comparison be?tween pressure values and the pressure limit set was analyzed to ensure that pipelines were in safe operation.Displacement values of each pipeline were obtained by displacement sensors,and they were compared with the displacement value of the reference pipe to achieve the use of closed?loop control principle to control synchronous operation and to use the configuration software WinCC to monitor system operation in real time.The results show that the effect is good,the stability of four pipelines synchro?nous shift is achieved,the maximum error is 2.45 mm,and it meets engineering requirements
