摘　　要：卒中后认知功能障碍是在多因素共同作用下、于卒中事件发生后6个月内出现的以认知功能障碍为主要表现的一种临床综合征,会严重影响患者的生命健康和生活质量。本文概要介绍卒中后认知功能障碍的流行病学、分型及诊断。Post-stroke cognitive impairment is a clinical syndrome characterized by decreased cognitive function within six months after a stroke event under the combined effect of multiple factors,which can seriously affect the patient’s health and quality of life.Its epidemiology,classification and diagnosis were analyzed and discussed in this article.
