摘  要:为了延缓丁酸梭菌芽孢形成,提高丁酸梭菌的生长效率,在20 L发酵罐水平研究了发酵基料添加鸟嘌呤(0.2 g/L)、Ile(0.5 g/L)对丁酸梭菌生长、酸代谢的影响。结果表明:添加鸟嘌呤或Ile的最大生物量分别达到5.31×10~8CFU/mL和4.65×10~8CFU/mL,较对照(4.32×10~8CFU/mL)分别提高了22.91%和7.64%;丁酸的菌体得率(Yp/x)分别较对照(0.37 g/g)减少了48.64%和40.54%。鸟嘌呤和Ile均显著降低了丁酸的生成效率、促进了细胞的生长、延缓了芽孢的形成。当发酵基料同时添加鸟嘌呤和Ile时,生物量达到5.4×10~8CFU/mL,比对照提高了25%,为丁酸梭菌的工业化生产提供了新思路。In order to delay the sporulation and improve the growth efficiency of Clostridium butyricum,the effects of guanine(0.2 g/L)and Ile(0.5 g/L)on the growth and acids metabolism of C.butyricum in 20 L bioreactor were investigated.The results showed that the maximum biomass with the addition of guanine or Ile reached 5.31×10 8 CFU/mL and 4.65×10 8 CFU/mL,respectively,which was increased by 22.91%and 7.64%compared with the control(4.32×10 8 CFU/mL).The coefficient of butyric acid to maximum biomass(Y p/x)was decreased by 48.64%and 40.54%compared with the control(0.37 g/g),respectively.Gunanine and/or Ile addition could reduce the specific butyrate productivity,enhance the growth efficiency and delay the sporulation of C.butyricum.The biomass reached 5.4×10 8 CFU/mL when guanine(0.2 g/L)and Ile(0.5 g/L)were simultaneously added to the fermentation medium,which was 25%higher than that of the control.This research provides new methods for industrial fermentation of C.butyricum.
