摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂在"野战护理与急救技术"课程中的应用方法及效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2017年5-6月在第二军医大学参加任职教育培训的108名卫生士官为研究对象,通过"雨课堂"安排课前预习和课前测试,并使用"雨课堂"进行课程授课,授课后采用自行设计的问卷调查学员对"雨课堂"授课的评价。结果 108名学员中,94名(87.04%)学员对本次授课形式非常满意,95名(87.96%)学员认为"雨课堂"教学能够满足其学习需求,98名(90.74%)的学员觉得自己通过"雨课堂"学习掌握了中暑相关的知识。结论 "雨课堂"可以很好地调动学员积极性,增加学员与教师的互动,缩短理论课堂时间,但是"雨课堂"不能完全替代课堂教学,需要结合一定的面授才能达到更好的教学效果。Objective To discuss the application method and effect of‘rain classroom’on the teaching of‘field nursing and emergency rescue’.Methods By using convenience sampling method,108 cases were selected and‘rain classroom’was used for pre-class preparation and test.‘Rain classroom’was applied during the class,and investigation was done by self-designed questionnaire after the class.Results Among 108 students in the study,94 students(87.04%)were very satisfied with‘rain classroom’learning.95 students(87.96%)thought that‘rain classroom’learning could meet their learning demands,and 90.74%of the students felt that they learned the knowledge of heat stroke by using‘rain classroom’.Conclusions ‘Rain classroom’can arouse the enthusiasm of students,increase the interaction between students and teachers,and shorten the theoretical classroom time.However,‘rain classroom’cannot completely replace classroom teaching entirely,certain face-to-face teaching should be combined to achieve better teaching results.
