摘 要:以山西某高速公路互通式立体交叉设计对客运专线隧道的影响进行分析研究,对2号与3号隧道的施工先后顺序进行工况1和工况2的数值模拟。结果表明,在工况1条件下,2号隧道拱脚处最大主应力出现局部拉应力;3号隧道拱肩处出现压应力最大值;在开挖断面距离为10.5~40.5 m间,最小主应力和最大主应力变化显著;在开挖断面距离为0~40 m间,竖向位移值具有比较快的变化,随后其变化趋于平稳。在工况2条件下,最小主应力、最大主应力、竖向位移所产生的位置与数值大小与工况1的情况无明显差异。再这两种工况的情况下,通过在墙角处打设锁脚锚杆并加长锚杆长度防止墙角有较大应力集中出现,改善围岩受力情况。工况2为我们最为合适的方案,即当我们在进行上部的隧道施工的时候,应当设法去尽量减小矿石施工的工作范围圈,加大我们采取铣挖法所使用的挖局区域,这样一来,当我们在进行上部的2号隧道的挖掘施工过程时,也将对3号隧道的破坏和影响减弱到最低。In this paper,the influence of interchange design of a highway in Shanxi on the passenger dedicated line tunnel is analyzed,and the numerical simulation is carried out for the construction sequence of the second and the third tunnel under the first condition and the second working condition.The results show that in the first conditions of the working conditions of the second tunnel arch at the foot of the maximum principal stress local tensile stress.the third tunnel arch shoulder at the maximum value of the compressive stress in the excavation section.The distance is 10.5-40.5 m,the minimum principal stress and the maximum principal stress change significantly in excavation distance.For 0~40 m,the vertical displacement value is changing fast,then the change tends to be stable.Under the second condition,the minimum principal stress,the maximum principal stress,the vertical displacement and the value are basically the same as that of the first working condition.In the two working conditions,by setting the anchor anchor bolt at the corner of the wall and adding the length of the anchor bolt to prevent the large stress concentration in the wall corner,the stress situation of the surrounding rock is improved.The second working condition is ideal plan.When carrying out the upper tunnel construction,the construction scope of the mining method should be narrowed,and the excavation scope of the milling method will be enlarged.The excavation of the upper second tunnel will have the least influence on the supporting structure and surrounding rock of the third tunnel.
