摘 要:主要研究基于均匀试验设计方法(Uniform Design Experimentation Method,简称UDEM)和ACE(Alternating Conditional Expectations简称ACE)非参数回归分析(Non-Parametric Regression Analysis,简称NPRA)的一种兼具高效率和可靠性的材料配合比设计方法。相对于目前广泛采用的材料配合比设计方法,如配合比列表法、绝对体积法、全面试验法和正交试验设计等方法,UDEM-ACE方法在试验设计和试验数据处理分析上具有更好的理论依据和科学性。同时,UEDM-ACE方法可以采用较少的试验次数获得均匀分布的试验数据和误差较小的回归函数,实现以设计目标为导向的材料配合比设计,可以提高试验效率并在相同的试验条件下降低试验成本。本文同时采用云南昆明地方材料资源和工业废料,将UDEM-ACE方法应用于素水泥基棱柱体轴心抗压基础性试验,验证了该材料配合比设计方法的可行性。基于UDEM-ACE素水泥基基础性试验详细讨论了其它水泥基材料配合比设计,具有一定的理论及实践指导意义。The uniform design experimentation method(UDEM)and alternating conditional expectations(ACE),which is a type of non-parametric regression analysis(NPRA),were studied as an efficient and reliable method for design of material mix proportion in this paper.Compared to mixing proportion listing method,absolute volume based mixing proportion method,full experimental design or orthogonal experimental design method,the UDEM-ACE method has a better theoretical basis and performs more scientifically in the experimental design and data analysis.UDEM-ACE method can obtain uniformly distributed factors for each particular experiment and a target based regression function with minor error,achieving a design goal oriented material design.It also can improve test efficiency and reduce test costs compared with other design method.UDEM-ACE method was also applied at a plain cement-based material design aiming with axial compression tests for prism specimens.The experiments verified the feasibility of the UDEM-ACE method in cement-based material design.Based on the plain cement-based material tests,thematerial design for other cement-based material UDEM-ACE design guidelines were also discussed in this paper,which have theoretical and practical significances in design and using.
