摘 要:虚拟手术系统是虚拟现实技术和现代医学结合的产物,通过建立集触觉、听觉、嗅觉和视觉等多感知的虚拟手术环境,目前虚拟手术系统研究中存在仿真精度的问题,为了使虚拟手术仿真更逼真,对系统中形变模型的研究与改进成为技术的关键。文章选取之前发表过的论文进行综合分析,对比了虚拟医疗领域中各个学者对质点弹簧的研究成果,质点弹簧模型的进一步改进,对虚拟手术系统的仿真精度起到重要的作用。The virtual surgical system is a combination of virtual reality technology and modern medicine.By establishing a multiperceived virtual surgical environment that integrates tactile,auditory,olfactory,and visual perception,there is a problem of simulation accuracy in virtual surgery system research.In order to make virtual surgery simulation more effective realistically,the research and improvement of the deformation model in the system has become the key to technology.This paper selects the previously published papers for comprehensive analysis and compares the research results of various scholars in the field of virtual medical treatment with mass springs.The further improvement of the mass spring model plays an important role in the simulation accuracy of the virtual surgical system
