摘　　要：在现有的铁道供电技术专业建设面临着新机遇和挑战的背景下,文章以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院铁道供电技术专业的人才培养为研究对象,介绍了"学工一线,双轨就业"人才培养模式,依据岗位需求,分析了课程体系和实践教学体系的设计,以及师资队伍的建设,实现了专业人才培养质量的有效提高。Under the background of the new opportunities and challenges faced by the existing professional construction of railway power supply technology,the article takes the training of professional talents for railway power supply technology of the Shaanxi Railway Institute as the research object,and introduces the“first-line and double-track employment of academic workers”.The talent cultivation mode,based on job requirements,analyzes the design of the curriculum system and the practical teaching system,and the construction of the teaching staff,which has effectively improved the quality of professional personnel training
